Emergency Procedure

If you need to report an emergency to us such as injured or escaped livestock or damaged infrastructure please follow this procedure:

  1. Call the office on 01256 381190.
  2. If no one answers, wait for the answering message which will detail the name and mobile number of the member of staff who is currently on call.
  3. Phone the on-call member of staff who will then respond accordingly.

NOTES:

  • Please do not phone a member of staff directly unless you know they are on-call.

  • If you are unsure if a particular situation qualifies as an emergency then please phone the on-call member of staff anyway so that they can make the decision on how to proceed.

  • Most importantly of all – please do not report injuries or sick animals via the blog alone – always call the emergency on-call contact.

    Thank you!

Friday 2nd September Only 19 seen. 242 has small lump on left shoulder. Is there any news about 252 and 255?

Yearlings 217, 219, 220, 222, 228, 230, 238, 241, and 242 where grazing around  ///picturing.branded.operation at 09.20 but later they had moved up to the car park area by the hut and lake. There was a fisherman who open his boot to put his gear away which caused 219 to ran over thinking cow nuts would be on offer. As he admitted to not being to fond of the cows we shooed 219 off so the man could make his escape.

Hades 242 has a small lump on his left shoulder which the flies were very interested in, see photo.

A mixed group, 020, 030, 033, 035, 072, 213, 221, 226, 235, 940 were near the gate into Camp 45 but they took varies routes to the small lake ///resembles.seaweed.baguette. There is a lot of grazing on oak leaves and ferns.

    021, 244, 245, 247, 248, and 257 were not seen. Stay Safe, Marina & Des
